SHIPPING POLICY
​​Orders for delivery will be accepted on this website (24 hours a day),
OR by phone (207) 498-9504 (9am - 6pm Tuesday thru Saturday).
​​On days we are open:

Orders received by 12:00pm will go out shortly after 12pm and should be received by 3pm, that same day. (Some restrictions apply.)

Orders received after 12:00pm and before 4:30pm will go out at 4:45pm and be received by 8pm.
Orders for delivery (received after 4:30pm OR on days we are closed) will be applied to the next business day’s 12pm deliveries, unless other plans are made.
All orders are hand delivered directly from our storage facility to your home, work, or other location.

A valid medical participation card and photo ID are required at the time of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS.
​
Please have the exact amount, including any delivery fees and taxes ready at the time of delivery.
If you need change, please make a note of it on your order. Our drivers carry limited change.
